With a background in sociology and extensive experience across diverse sectors and cultures spanning four countries, I bring a unique perspective to coaching that emphasizes adaptability, mindfulness, and resilience in the face of life's challenges.

Having lived as a global nomad, I've honed my ability to navigate transitions with grace and flexibility, fostering resilience and open-mindedness. My journey as an endurance athlete, including qualifying for the Boston Marathon and completing Ironman Lake Placid, has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the power of visualization in achieving peak performance.
