Movement is the foundation of my approach to fitness and well-being. Whether through running or other forms of activity, I combine the transformative power of motion with mental resilience strategies, nutrition coaching, functional imagery training, and innovative tools like AI to help you achieve sustainable wellness and lasting results.

As a global nomad and endurance athlete—having competed in the Boston Marathon, Ironman, and qualifier for the World Championships for the Half Ironman—I’ve experienced firsthand the power of resilience, adaptability, and reinvention. These experiences shape my philosophy: wellness is about setting your passions and purpose in motion, whether through physical activity or pursuing personal growth.

When things get tough, that's when you really discover who an excellent coach is. I was 17 miles into marathon training when I injured my ankle. Everyone around me was urging me to stop and abandon what they saw as a crazy marathon dream. But not Sara.

At the time, life was already chaotic. We had just moved to Portugal from Canada, I was launching my entrepreneurial journey, all while being a mom to a first grader in a country where none of us spoke the language. On top of that, there was the weight of the war in my home country, Ukraine..."
