When things get tough, that's when you really discover who an excellent coach is. I was 17 miles into marathon training when I injured my ankle. Everyone around me was urging me to stop and abandon what they saw as a crazy marathon dream. But not Sara.

At the time, life was already chaotic. We had just moved to Portugal from Canada, I was launching my entrepreneurial journey, all while being a mom to a first grader in a country where none of us spoke the language. On top of that, there was the weight of the war in my home country, Ukraine..."

As a global nomad, I’ve learned the art of reinvention, and I guide my clients to discover their strengths, push past limits, and navigate challenges with confidence—on and off the track.
