    • Includes: Four 1-hour personal training sessions per month.

    • Price: $440/month (at $110/session)

  2. Comprehensive Fitness & Coaching Package
    Combine physical training with the added benefit of monthly coaching to support your broader goals.

    • Includes:

      • Four 1-hour personal training sessions per month.

      • One 1-hour coaching session per month to integrate fitness with nutrition, mental resilience, or other goals.

    • Price: $600/month
